Because our massage oil candles are personal care and skincare-related products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. This ensures the highest level of hygiene, safety, and product integrity for all customers.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.

We will gladly assist you if:

• Your item arrived damaged or broken
• You received the wrong item or scent
• Your order is missing items

Once reviewed, we will send a replacement or provide a store credit depending on the situation.

We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
However, if your package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), please contact us so we can help open a claim with the carrier.
